Terms of Use
1. Agreement
These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of the CoC Analytics mobile application (“App”) published by ImShepo. By downloading or using the App, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
2. Independent fan / companion app
CoC Analytics is an unofficial companion tool. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Supercell Oy. Clash of Clans and related marks are property of their respective owners. Game data shown in the App comes from publicly available sources/APIs and may be incomplete, delayed, or inaccurate.
3. License
We grant you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for lawful personal purposes, subject to these Terms and applicable store terms (including Google Play).
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Misuse the App to harass others or violate applicable law;
- Attempt to reverse engineer, disrupt, or overload the App or related services except as permitted by law;
- Use the App to circumvent game security or access non-public account data;
- Misrepresent the App as an official Supercell product.
5. Accounts and third-party services
Optional Google Sign-In is provided by Google and subject to Google’s terms. Clash of Clans data is provided through Supercell’s services/APIs and subject to Supercell’s terms. We are not responsible for third-party service outages, changes, or rate limits.
6. Intellectual property
The App’s original code, design, and branding (excluding third-party content and game assets owned by others) are owned by ImShepo or its licensors. You may not copy or redistribute the App except as allowed by the store and applicable law.
7. Disclaimer
THE APP IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation, or that displayed game statistics are always current or complete.
8. Limitation of liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IMSHEPO SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, PROFITS, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE APP. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATING TO THE APP SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US FOR THE APP IN THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM (OR ZERO IF THE APP IS FREE).
9. Changes and termination
We may update these Terms or modify/discontinue the App. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms, except where law requires otherwise. We may suspend access for violations of these Terms.
