Delete your CoC Analytics account
This page explains how to request deletion of your CoC Analytics account and the data we store for that account. It applies to the mobile app published on Google Play.
1. How to request account deletion
- Send an email to piperincon.dev@gmail.com from the same email address you used to sign in to CoC Analytics.
- Use the subject line: CoC Analytics account deletion request.
- In the body, include: your account email, and (optional) the Clash of Clans player tag you linked in the app.
We will verify ownership of the account and then delete the account and associated app data as described below. We aim to complete deletion within 30 days of a verified request.
2. What is deleted
- Your CoC Analytics authentication account (Firebase Auth user for this app).
- App profile data we store for your account (for example, the linked Clash of Clans player tag and related preferences stored in our cloud profile).
- Local app preferences on your device after you uninstall the app or clear app data.
3. What is not deleted / not controlled by us
- Your Supercell / Clash of Clans game account — CoC Analytics cannot delete game accounts. Contact Supercell for that.
- Public Clash of Clans profile data hosted by Supercell’s services (names, trophies, etc.). Looking up a tag does not make that public game data “yours” in our systems beyond temporary display/cache.
- Independent records kept by Google for Google Sign-In / Google account activity, governed by Google’s policies.
- Limited records we may need to keep temporarily for security, fraud prevention, or legal compliance (for example, the deletion request email itself), only as long as reasonably necessary.
4. Delete some data without deleting your account
You can also:
- Unlink your Clash player in the app (account menu on the home screen) to remove the linked player tag from your CoC Analytics profile while keeping the login account.
- Email us to request correction or deletion of specific profile fields without closing the account.
